Even with the long & stressful process of moving last night, I still managed to make the New Music Show. The podcast can be found here. In addition to featuring the newest music from Paul Weller, Robert Pollard, the Middle States, & Elephone, it also featured great acts such as Booka Shade, Dr. Dog, Lyrics Born, Beck, Melvins, Orchestra Baobab, Mirah, the Futureheads...too many great names to even mention! You may want to check it out if any of these artists appeal to you (and they should!).

That's all I got for this week, so I'll do as usual and let Munsey have the last word of the week. Remember, keep playing music from rotation since it is proven to make kittens cuter! Thanks for listening, and I'll talk at you all next week!

Meanwhile, we have some great adds this week. If you were tired of Fleet Foxes, Opeth, Mystery Palace, and Oppenheimer, we finally ditched 'em from rotation, although you should be a little disappointed, as all of them were great records. They're being replaced by Orchestra Baobab, Melvins, Futureheads, and Lackthereof. Be sure to play all of them, especially Orchestra Baobab, as it's probably the best Afro-Pop I've heard in rotation since I've been here.

Meanwhile, podcasts for the New Music Show, as well as the Feature Show I hosted on the Elephant 6 Recording Co., are now up for download:

New Music Show Radtasticness From July 17, 2008

New Music Show Awesometasticness From July 24, 2008
Feature Show Absurdity From July 23, 2008

Remember, you can also go here to find old podcasts from the New Music Show, so check them out if you have time! While it may not be so new anymore, it's still all great music! Anyway, I think that ties up all the loose ends for this week, hopefully we'll be fully caught up next week and be back on track with everything! So barring any problems, Munsey and I will be talking at you all next Tuesday!
