Halloween Party Rundown
Aw man if your in Fayetteville, you've gotta costume, and you need some where to wear it, your options are as numerous as.... some clever bloody Halloween related thing. Anyway, here are the scary gatherings I'm aware of. If I left one out just put it in the comments of this post.
DUNCAN HOUSE GORE NIGHT
Hosts:
24 Duncan ave,Fayetteville, AR
This is going to be a good old fashioned Halloween costumed dance party, so don't come if you aren't ready to dance with a spook.
http://arkansas.facebook.com/event.php?eid=5264809252
There will be a dance contest, costume contest, food, music, and a Raffle. This event is family friendly and if you wear a costume you get a free candy bag. Plus I think the whole thing is broadcast live on TV. How cool is that?

Vino's pizza pub and brewery

I know, I know, it's not in Fayetteville, but this is a great event! So, if you happen to be in Little Rock on the 27th you should definitely go check it out. 4 Bands covering 4 other bands.

THE CHURCH STREET MASSACRUNK
Hosts: Carson & Meggie & Eric (DJ EJ)
Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 10:00pm
Apartments 3 and 2
239 N Church Avenue, Fayetteville, AR
If you have been to one of Eric's kick ass parties before you know exactly what to expect. DJ's spinning beats, dancing till your brain hurts, projectors, and probably a bartender or two serving drinks. His parties are usually costume parties as well, only this time it's going to be damn scary.

Skating Rink in Springdale
This is a Halloween drunkin costume skating party. No one is allowed in without a costume, and that McDonald's bag from your car on your head doesn't count! Also, TIMBER! will be playing as well as the Memphis Pencils and maybe others, who knows.

Advertise Your Event on the KXUA Blog!
Are you having an event? Is your band playing some where? Having a party? Want to advertise it on our blog? No problem, just make a flier! Make sure it is the same size or smaller as our example flier below.

Then email it to promo@uark.edu or just give it to a DJ (any KXUA DJ can post on this blog)
We only have a few guidelines. Try to keep your flier mildly nonobscene, otherwise we won't post it. Also, as a general rule we don't promote political events unless it's a fundraiser for a good cause.
