Art Amiss 9 is this Thursday, November 13th, beginning at 7pm at the Dickson Street Theater!! In addition to the diverse works of over 20 visual artists on display, a fashion show featuring the creations of apparel, jewelry, and cosmetic designers, and a chapbook given away featuring original literary compositions by local writers...there will be LIVE LOCAL MUSIC!!!
Three local bands and one of the areas hottest DJs are scheduled to perform starting at 7pm:

Available at the door to the first 200 people to arrive will be a 13 song CD of Arkansas music compiled by yours truly and featuring one of two label designs by Joëlle Storet. The bands are from locales such as Fayetteville, Hot Springs, Bentonville, and Little Rock, representing genres from indie pop to post punk, heavy metal to hip-hop, electronica to polka...and more!
